IRDS is prioritizing how to better understand faculty and staff success. In addition to our faculty and staff surveys – that routinely measure satisfaction, intentions to leave, access to mentoring and other types of information related to teaching and high impact practices, IRDS has helped design an employee exit survey and has developed dashboards that show retention.
