Office of Equal Opportunity

IRDS supports all data efforts associated with the Office of Equal Opportunity, including all affirmative action planning and adverse impact analysis. IRDS calculates campus level and unit level goals to assess whether we are meeting those goals. Affirmative Action Planning documents are typically created in early spring semester and the Office of Equal Opportunity, in conjunction with IRDS, meet with decision makers to discuss action planning for search and screen and retention efforts.
